Joe oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while helping position Omni Gear for long-term growth.

ESTIMATING, CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN

Michael Agent brings extensive gear-industry experience in estimating, customer relations, and supply chain management. He works closely with customers and internal teams to develop accurate estimates, coordinate project requirements, and keep work moving efficiently from quote through production. Combining strong analytical skills with a customer-focused approach, Michael helps ensure clients receive clear communication, dependable service, and solutions that meet their needs.

Brian Brody brings more than 15 years of management and customer service experience to Omni Gear, including five years in hotel management. His background has built a strong foundation in team leadership, customer relations, problem-solving, and operational management. Known for his responsive and practical approach, Brian focuses on improving processes, resolving challenges, and creating positive experiences for both customers and colleagues.

Kaelin Leishman
QUALITY, COMPLIANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Kaelin Leishman oversees quality, compliance, and continuous improvement at Omni Gear, helping ensure every component meets the company’s demanding standards. As ISO Management Representative, she developed and manages Omni Gear’s Quality Management System (QMS), leads quality assurance activities, conducts management reviews, and maintains compliance with applicable industry standards.

Her responsibilities span reverse engineering, inspection, calibration and certification, nonconformance and corrective action programs, production analysis, and process improvement. By combining technical expertise with a systematic approach to quality, Kaelin helps strengthen manufacturing performance, solve customer challenges, and ensure quality remains built into every stage of the process.

Kimberly Barrow
HR, OFFICE MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING

Kimberly Barrow brings a diverse background in human resources, office management, accounting, and business operations to Omni Gear. Her experience includes six years in business operations, four years with a CPA firm, and six years working on a stock exchange trading floor. With strengths in financial management, employee support, and organizational leadership, Kimberly helps keep the business running smoothly while supporting both the team and the company’s day-to-day operations.
